Miniverse Co. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other related laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea to protect the valuable personal information of customers (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who use the Company's services.
Through this Privacy Policy, the Company informs Users about the purposes for which their personal information is used and the measures taken to protect their personal information.

1. Items of Personal Information Collected
* The Company collects only the minimum personal information necessary to provide services.

- Required Items
- Nickname
- Google: User account identification number
- Items automatically generated and collected during service use
- PID, UUID, Service usage records (date, time)
- Non-personal information automatically generated and collected during service use
- Advertising identifier, Device information (OS version, APP version, Language and Country)
- Collection Method
- The Company collects Users' personal information during mobile app installation and service usage.
- Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages of Refusal
- Users have the right to refuse consent to the collection of items.
- Refusal of consent to optional items does not restrict service use. However, if consent to required items is refused, the service cannot be provided.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
The Company utilizes Users' personal information for the following purposes:
- Identity verification and authentication for services provided by the Company
- Cross-platform account linking via SNS
- Handling complaints and notifying results when inquiries are received
- Detection and prevention of fraudulent use
3. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information
The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, the Company may retain the information for a certain period for the following reasons:
- Retention in accordance with Company policy
- Collected items in Section 1: Until the User withdraws from the service
- Fraudulent user information: Until the expiration of sanctions for each fraudulent act
- Retention as required by relevant laws even after the purpose of collection and use is achieved
- Records of display and advertising: 6 months (E-Commerce Act)
- Records of contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years (E-Commerce Act)
- Records of payment and supply of goods: 5 years (E-Commerce Act)
- Records of transaction establishment and cancellation, refunds, etc.: 5 years (National Tax Basic Act)
- Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (E-Commerce Act)
- Service usage records: 3 months (Communications Privacy Act)
4. Provision of Personal Information
(1) Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company does not use Users' personal information for purposes other than those consented to, nor does it provide it to third parties. However, in the following cases, the Company may use or provide it to third parties without Users' consent:
- When separate consent is obtained from the User
- When required by special provisions of relevant laws, or when courts or investigative agencies request personal information in accordance with legally prescribed procedures and methods
5. Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information
The procedures and methods for destroying personal information are as follows:
- Destruction procedure: Personal information is destroyed without delay after the purpose of collection and use is achieved. If Users have consented to a separate retention period under Section 3 or retention is required by law, the information will be stored for the agreed period and then destroyed.
- Destruction method: Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that prevent record recovery. Personal information recorded on paper or CDs is physically destroyed by shredding or incineration.
6. Users' Rights and Obligations and Methods of Exercise
- Users, as data subjects, have the right to view, correct, and delete their personal information at any time. Users may contact the Personal Information Protection Officer by phone or email, and the Company will take immediate action upon verifying their identity.
- If a User requests a correction of errors in their personal information, the Company will not use or provide that information until the correction is completed. If incorrect information has already been provided to a third party, the Company will promptly notify the third party to ensure correction.
- The Company processes personal information requested for deletion in accordance with Section 3, "Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information," and ensures that it cannot be accessed or used for any other purposes.
7. Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices
(1) The Company uses Users' advertising identifiers to provide more relevant services and advertisements (including personalized ads).
Advertising identifiers are automatically collected if enabled in the settings of Users' smartphones or tablets. Users can refuse their use by changing device settings or using the opt-out features of advertising platform providers.
Even if Users enable the opt-out function, one-way advertisements may still be delivered.
